Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges may be granted, and establishes the legal relationship between our business and our customers regarding purchased products.

Customers may request a return or refund within 30** days of receiving their order**. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for a refund.

Refunds may be issued as either full or partial refunds, depending on the condition of the returned item. A full refund will be provided if the item is returned in its original condition and meets all eligibility requirements. Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned damaged, missing parts (not due to our error), or not in original condition.

Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

 

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us at glamorousfasgion@gmail.com with their order number and reason for the request. Once approved, customers will receive instructions on how and where to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Exchanges may be offered for size or product changes, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch with us within the return window.
