Glamorous Fashion LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days for standard shipping, 2–5 business days for expedited shipping, and 1–3 business days for overnight shipping. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number, although it may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Glamorous Fashion LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external circumstances. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed, but we will do our best to assist you if an issue arises.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong location, and additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at glamorousfasgion@gmail.com.

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
